Agency Coordinator Was God-sent And Caregiver Was Absolutely Perfect

I'd like to compliment one of your employees, Ingrid, as well as her aide recommendation, Dixon for the excellent service they have both provided me from the very first call I made to Expert Home Care. I'd also like to thank you, Frank for obviously possessing the leadership skills necessary to attract & retain someone like Ingrid & Dixon.
I would like to explain my story to further illustrate how impactful it is to just simply be helped efficiently & expertly as Ingrid did as well as Dixon. My friend, who recently suffered a heart attack & subsequently had to undergo triple by-pass surgery as well as a mitral valve replacement. Because his kids live far away, I assumed responsibility for the primary caregiver role a couple months ago which has been immensely stressful since he also suffers from dementia. After receiving clearance to go home after a month stay at two hospitals, at the last minute I had to cancel with a different Home Aide agency due to very poor customer service after everything was already set up.
I found you online and saw that you were listed as the largest "NJ provider" for Home care so I called and got 'God-sent' Ingrid. Ingrid's immediate 'can-do' attitude, ownership, natural talent & ability to quickly assess what's needed combined with her considerable know-how make her just a PERFECT asset to your team. I would be remiss if I didn't mention that Ingrid's overall pleasantness also gave me complete confidence that I would be helped. She not only was able to set me up immediately with a perfect aide, named Dixon whom she knew already, but has been 1 step ahead of me the entire time BEFORE I even knew I would have a question - that's how organized she is. Her recommendation, Dixon has been absolutely perfect as well - patient, attentive, detail-oriented, gracious, very easy going & kind - he couldn't be a better fit for my friend's numerous, demanding & ranging 24/7 needs (Dixon truly deserves his own full length letter which I will do).
Again, please extend my deepest appreciation to Ingrid & Dixon - be sure that you recognize his & her remarkable customer service (hopefully in front of as many employees as possible so they can learn from both of them).
Please also remember that all of your roles are immensely important as you are truly an integral part of giving dignity to those who deserve it most but suddenly aren't able to care for themselves.
